TONYA FRYE, joined the United County Beloit Auction & Realty team in 2004, having a 17 year background in Real Estate with experience in traditional Real Estate and the Real Estate appraisal business.

She’s been a REALTOR sense 2002 and holds Wisconsin and Illinois Real Estate sales licenses. She made the move to UC Beloit Auction & Realty because she recognized the growing importance of Real Estate sales at Auction. A multi-talented professional, Tonya performs much of the administrative work for our offices, assists with listing properties, and handles many of the daily calls from potential buyers and sellers. She also often assists as a ring person at our Wednesday night personal property Auctions and says she loves to see the variety of items people buy.

RICHARD RANFT, CAI, GPPA, AARE, REALTOR, Auctioneer, is president of United Country Beloit Auction & Realty, Inc. and its sister companies, UC Elite Realty & Auction Inc. in Janesville, WI. and UC Palatine Realty & Auction in Palatine, IL. He not only oversees the companies but also is an integral part of their day-to-day business. Having grown up in an Auction family, he brings a heritage of enthusiasm for the Auction method of marketing to both personal property and real estate Auctions. An Auctioneer for over 30 years and a long-time member of the National and Wisconsin Auctioneers Associations, Rich is a past director of the WAA. He’s a strong believer in continuing education and stays on the cutting edge of professional innovations.
